Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SocialDash ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Segnature Original ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

SocialDash is a social media management platform that lets you schedule posts, view analytics, generate AI-assisted content, and manage multiple social accounts from one dashboard. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SocialDash. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. You may not share your account with others.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free plan: Available with limited features at no cost.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your billing settings.
• Cancellation: Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@getsocialdash.com. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before increasing prices for existing plans.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialDash to:

• Post spam, misinformation, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Violate the terms of any social media platform you connect.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Circumvent any security or access control measures.
• Use the AI content generation features to produce deceptive or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Your Content

You own the content you create and schedule through SocialDash. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

8. Third-Party Platforms

SocialDash connects to third-party social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality, including rate limits, feature removals, or access revocations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SocialDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will be published at the exact time scheduled (subject to third-party platform availability).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
